概要
The MP6630E is a three-phase, brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver with integrated power MOSFETs and a single Hall-effect sensor. The input supply voltage (VCC) range is 2V to 16V. The device controls the motor speed through the pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal on the PWM pin. It features a single, embedded Hall effect sensor for robust start-up performance.
The MP6630E employs a 180° full-wave sinusoidal drive, which offers high efficiency, a low speed ripple, and low vibration across the full speed range.
The FG/RD pin is a rotational speed detector with an open-drain output. It outputs a pulse signal based on the internal Hall sensor’s output. This pin is also selectable for rotor-lock indication output.
Rich protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), locked-rotor protection, over-current limit (OCL), over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown protection.
The MP6630E is available in a UTQFN-8 (2mmx3mm) package.
