Optimized Performance with MPS Inductor

The MP1652F is a fully integrated, high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. The device offers a very compact solution that achieves 2A of continuous output current (I_OUT) with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage (V_IN) range. The MP1652F is well-suited to support applications with a tight output voltage (V_OUT) ripple.

Constant-on-time (COT) control provides very fast transient response, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation.

Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.

The MP1652F requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a space-saving SOT563 (1.6mmx1.6mm) package.
