Switched Capacitor Converters

MPS offers a growing family of charge pumps. These charging solutions employ an inductorless switched capacitor architecture, and are suitable for applications ranging from a 1-cell battery to a 2-cell configuration. The 2-cell configuration can be treated as a virtual 1-cell battery, allowing the existing downstream 1-cell power architecture to be compatible with a 2-cell battery pack. MPS’s charge pumps offer best-in-class conversion efficiency and a simple, small, cost-effective solution.
