Description

The MPQ7907-AEC1 is a power management IC (PMIC) designed to power a variety of processors and SoCs used in automotive systems.

The device integrates five integrated synchronous buck converters, along with four low-dropout (LDO) regulators. Multi-phase operation is featured for the buck converters; four of five buck converters can be configured as two dual-phase or one quad-phase converter. 13 GPIO pins with multiple functions per pin provide flexibility for a variety of systems.

The user-configurable state machine (UCSM), I²C interface with packet error checking (PEC), and integrated multiple-time programmable (MTP) memory allow for a high degree of configurability.

The MPQ7907-AEC1 is available in a QFN-56 (8mmx8mm) package with wettable flanks, and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
