Description
The MPQ7935-AEC1 is a power management IC (PMIC) that integrates four high-efficiency, step-down DC/DC converters, a low-dropout (LDO) regulator, and a flexible logic interface.
Constant-on-time (COT) control in the DC/DC converter provides fast transient response. The 2.2MHz fixed switching frequency (fSW) during continuous conduction mode (CCM) significantly reduces external inductance and capacitance. Full protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown.
The output voltage (VOUT) is adjustable via the I2C bus or preset by the multiple one-time programmable (MOTP) memory. The power-on/power-off sequence is also configurable via the MOTP and can be controlled via the I2C bus online.
The MPQ7935-AEC1 is available in a TLGA-29 (4.5mmx4.5mm) package with an exposed pad, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
