EV3320B-Q-00A 4-Channel, Synchronous Boost RGB LED Driver with Digital Interface Evaluation Board
The EV3320B-Q-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MP3320B, a 4-channel, synchronous boost, RGB LED driver that operates across a wide 2V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range. Each channel can reach a maximum current of up to 102mA and a maximum output voltage (VOUT) of up to 5.4V.
The MP3320B integrates a digital interface with up to 16 configurable digital interface addresses via an external resistor. Each channel can be enabled or disabled via the digital interface.
The MP3320B employs both separated pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel, as well as 10-bit PWM dimming and 8-bit analog dimming for each channel. Phase shift is also integrated during PWM dimming to reduce inrush current and audible noise.
Full protection features include LED open protection, LED short protection, over-voltage protection (OVP), and over-temperature protection (OTP).
The MP3320B is available in a QFN-14 (2mmx2mm) package. The EV3320B-Q-00A is a fully assembled evaluation board.
