Description

The MPQ4425C is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode white LED (WLED) driver with integrated internal power MOSFETs. It offers a compact solution that can achieve up to 1.5A of continuous output current (I_OUT) across a wide 4V to 36V input voltage (V_IN) range, with excellent load and line regulation.

Synchronous mode offers high efficiency across the entire I_OUT load range. Current mode control provides fast transient response and improved loop stabilization. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.

The MPQ4425C requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a space-saving QFN-13 (2.5mmx3mm) package.
