Description
The MPQ20033-AEC1 is an ultra-low dropout linear regulator that supplies up to 0.3A of current with a 1.6V to 5.5V input range. The device includes a low-dropout voltage, low quiescent supply current (IQ), and provides fast line and load transient performance, making it ideal for automotive battery-powered equipment.
The MPQ20033-AEC1 provides fixed output voltage (VOUT) options: 0.75V, 0.85V, 1.1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.7V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.9V, 3V, or 3.3V. The device also provides adjustable-output options from 0.5V to 5V.
The MPQ20033-AEC1 is stable with small ceramic output capacitors, allowing for a small overall solution size. Full protection features include integrated thermal shutdown, current limit foldback, power good (PG), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
The MPQ20033-AEC1 family provides different package options, including QFN-8 (3mmx3mm), QFN-8 (2mmx2mm), TQFN-6 (2mmx2mm), TSOT23-5, and SOT563 packages. It is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
