Description
The MP5088 is an e-fuse that supports a continuous current up to 15A and covers a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range. With inrush current control, current monitoring, and a low 2mΩ on resistance (RDS(ON)) in a tiny package, the MP5088 provides a highly efficient, space-saving solution.
The MP5088 is equipped with a highly accurate current-monitoring function and a configurable current limit. With its soft-start (SS) function, the MP5088 can avoid inrush current during circuit start-up. The MP5088 also provides a configurable soft-start time (tSS), output discharge function, over-current protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown.
The MP5088 is available in a UTQFN-12 (2mmx2mm) package.
