The MP87390 is a monolithic, half-bridge Intelli-Phase^TM solution with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 90A of continuous output current (I_OUT) across a wide input supply voltage (V_IN) range.

Quiet Switcher^TM Technology (QST^TM) utilizes a proprietary circuit design, achievable only in monolithic architecture, to suppress voltage ringing. This technology limits peak switching voltages to less than 3V above V_IN, improving device reliability, lowering EMI emissions, and reducing sensitivity to PCB layout.

The MP87390 offers many features to simplify system design. It works with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. It also comes with Accu-Sense^TM current-sensing to monitor the inductor current (I_L), and temperature-sensing to report the junction temperature (T_J).

The MP87390 is ideal for server applications where efficiency and small size are at a premium. It is available in a TLGA-34 (4mmx6mm) package.
