Description
The MP87597 is a dual monolithic half-bridge with built-in, internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 100A of continuous output current (IOUT) per output across a wide input voltage (VIN) range.
The integration of drivers and MOSFETs results in high efficiency due to optimal dead time (DT) and reduced parasitic inductance. The device can operate from 100kHz to 3MHz, and offers many features to simplify system design. It works with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal.
The MP87597 is ideal for computing applications, where efficiency and small size are at a premium. It is available in an LGA-40 (6mmx6mm) package.
