The MP87563 is a dual, monolithic, half-bridge Intelli-Phase^TM solution with built-in, internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 60A of continuous output current (I_OUT) per output across a wide input voltage (V_IN) range.

The integration of drivers and MOSFETs enable high efficiency due to optimal dead time (DT) and reduction of parasitic inductance. The MP87563 can operate from a 100kHz to 3MHz switching frequency (f_SW).

The MP87563 offers many features to simplify system design. This device works with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal.
