Description
The MP87577 is a dual monolithic half-bridge Intelli-PhaseTM solution with built-in, internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 70A of continuous output current (IOUT) per output across a wide input voltage (VIN) range.
The integration of drivers and MOSFETs results in high efficiency due to optimal dead time (DT) and reduction of parasitic inductance. The device can operate from 100kHz to 3MHz.
It offers many features to simplify system design. This device works with controllers with a tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal.
The MP87577 is ideal for computing applications, where efficiency and small size are at a premium. It is available in a common-footprint LGA-33 (5.25mmx5mm) package.
