The MPQ86720-AEC1 is a 65V, monolithic, three-level, two-phase driver with built-in power MOSFETs.
The integrated driver and MOSFETS provide high efficiency due to optimal dead time and reduced parasitic inductance. The MPQ86720-AEC1 can operate from 100kHz to 500kHz.
The MPQ86720-AEC1 is ideal for autonomous driving applications where efficiency and small size are at a premium.
The MPQ86720-AEC1 is available in a TQFN-22 (5mmx6mm) package, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
