Description

The MPQ79710FS-AEC1 is a 10-channel, functional safety power sequencer engineered to provide precise power sequencing and safety functions for automotive advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving platforms. The device’s configurability and flexibility help enable design reuse across different applications and system-on-chip (SoC) generations.

It includes a crystal driver, a real-time clock (RTC) with an alarm function, a configurable watchdog accessible via the I²C interface, and active-low system reset and interrupt outputs.

Safety mechanisms such as built-in self-testing (BIST) provide high diagnostic coverage, which helps the system achieve its target ASIL rating.

The MPQ79710FS-AEC1 is available in a QFN-24 (4mmx4mm) package with wettable flanks, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
