Description
The MPM3572 is an 80V, 0.6A, ultra-thin, fully integrated power module. It offers a full power solution that achieves up to 0.6A of output current (IOUT), with excellent load and line regulation across a wide 10V to 80V input voltage (VIN) range. The MPM3572 supports both positive and negative output voltages between ±3.3V and ±15V.
The MPM3572 adopts a constant-on-time (COT) control scheme that provides ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. The default switching frequency (fSW) is 400kHz, as configured by an internal resistor. fSW can also be configured easily between 400kHz and 1MHz by an external resistor.
Protections include over-current protection (OCP), short-circuit protection (SCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and over-temperature protection (OTP).
The MPM3572 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components, and it is available in an LGA (6mmx6mmx2mm) package.
