Description
The MPM3599 is a 45V, dual 12A, single 24A, fully integrated power module with an I2C interface. The device offers a complete power solution that achieves up to 12A per output rail. The MPM3599 has two output rails that can be paralleled to provide 24A. Multiple MPM3599 devices can be connected in parallel to provide a higher output current (IOUT). The MPM3599 operates at a high efficiency across a wide load range.
The MPM3599 internally integrates buck converters, inductors, and selected passive components. With an internal, configurable compensation network, the MPM3599 can offer a very compact solution with a minimal number of external components. The output voltage (VOUT) can be adjusted from 0.3V to 21V.
Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and over-temperature protection (OTP).
The MPM3599 is available in a BGA (15mmx30mmx5.18mm) package.
