EVQ74201FS-U-00A

The EVQ74201FS-U-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ74201FS-AEC1, a complete power management solution that integrates high-efficiency, high-frequency, quad-output, synchronous buck converters and two low-dropout (LDO) regulators with a flexible logic interface.

The MPQ74201FS-AEC1 offers a highly integrated solution that delivers up to 6A of continuous output current (I_OUT) per channel, with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage (V_IN) supply range. The MPQ74201FS’s four bucks can run in parallel to provide 12A or 24A of output current (I_OUT).

With the integration of functional safety features such as the logic built-in self-testing (LBIST) and analog built-in self-testing (ABIST), the MPQ74201FS-AEC1 supports applications with automotive safety integrity level ASIL-D.

The MPQ74201FS-AEC1 is available in a TQFN-29 (5mmx5mm) package with wettable flanks.
