The EVQ74201FS-U-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ74201FS-AEC1, a complete power management solution that integrates high-efficiency, high-frequency, quad-output, synchronous buck converters and two low-dropout (LDO) regulators with a flexible logic interface.
The MPQ74201FS-AEC1 offers a highly integrated solution that delivers up to 6A of continuous output current (IOUT) per channel, with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage (VIN) supply range. The MPQ74201FS’s four bucks can run in parallel to provide 12A or 24A of output current (IOUT).
With the integration of functional safety features such as the logic built-in self-testing (LBIST) and analog built-in self-testing (ABIST), the MPQ74201FS-AEC1 supports applications with automotive safety integrity level ASIL-D.
The MPQ74201FS-AEC1 is available in a TQFN-29 (5mmx5mm) package with wettable flanks.
