Description

The MP6619L is an H-bridge motor driver. It operates from an input voltage (V_IN) up to 28V, and delivers up to 5A of a motor current. The MP6619L is ideally suited to drive a brushed DC motor.

The MP6619L also has a configurable current limit. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP), V_IN over-voltage protection (OVP), V_CC under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, and thermal shutdown.

The MP6619L is available in a QFN-19 (3mmx3mm) package.
