Description

The MP1930 is an integrated gate driver with two N-channel MOSFETs. It can achieve a high switching frequency (f_SW) and high efficiency due to optimal dead time (DT) control and reduced parasitic inductance.

The MP1930 can be used as a motor driver power stage and DC/DC power converter, reducing space significantly.

The MP1930 is available in a QFN-26 (7mmx7mm) package.
