Description

The mEZS91603A is a full USB Type-C power delivery (PD) solution. It is a dual 60W output board and meets USB Type-C PD regulations and specifications. This board can deliver up to 6A of output current within its specified input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The mEZS91603A has on-board fault condition protections, including constant current limiting, output OVP, and thermal shutdown (TSD). It is also AEC-Q100 grade compliant for automotive applications.

Optional VCONN Support Up to 1.5W
Optional VIN Monitoring
Input Voltage Reverse-Polarity Protection
