Description
The HF86 is a dual-channel, intelligent rectifier controller designed to drive two external N-channel MOSFETs, replacing the two low-side diodes of a traditional diode bridge. It powers VDD through an internal self-supply circuit without the need for an external power supply, which allows the IC to require a minimal number of external components.
The HF86 is available in an SOIC-8 package.
