Description
The MPQ4419 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution that can achieve up to 1A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation.
The MPQ4419 uses synchronous mode operation to achieve higher efficiency across the entire IOUT load range. Current mode control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.
Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.
The MPQ4419 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a compact TSOT23-8 package.
