Highly Integrated, Compact Solution Enables High Efficiency

The MP5611 is a triple-output converter for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) and display power supplies. It is compatible with small AMOLED display applications such as smartphones, smartwatches, and other devices with curved and foldable screens. The triple-output converter integrates a boost converter for ELVDD, an inverting buck-boost converter for ELVSS, and another boost converter AVDD. The configurable ELVDD, ELVSS, and AVDD triple-output voltage allows for more flexible applications.

Features include:

• 2.9V to 5.2V input voltage range
• Up to 500mA output current for ELVDD and ELVSS
• Up to 100mA output current for AVDD
• Fully integrates synchronous rectification with low on resistance
• Available in a TQFN-16 (3mmx3mm) package
