MPS provides solid-state relays for 24VAC systems. These devices are designed to offer a compact, robust solution to replace mechanical relays with a smaller package, higher reliability, longer product lifecycle, and built-in kV+ isolation barrier. Our relay products are easy to use thanks to the integrated MOSFET, minimal external circuit components to simplify design. Being SMT-friendly reduces the workload compared to traditional solutions. Digital control via the I2C/GPIO enables signal communication and control for the host MCU to realize industrial IOT (IIOT) and system intelligence. Zero-current turn-on and turn-off minimize the voltage and current spikes during switching, in addition to other comprehensive protection features such as load wire detection, over-current protection (OCP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP).
