The EVM3830-QV-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPM3830, a low-voltage, high switching frequency (f_SW) step-down switcher with built-in power MOSFETs and a power inductor. The MPM3830 provides up to 3A of continuous and highly efficient output with constant-on-time (COT) control for fast loop response.

High power efficiency across a wide load range is achieved by scaling down f_SW at light loads to reduce the switching losses related to COT control. Short-circuit protection (SCP) and thermal shutdown provide reliable, fault-tolerant operation.

The MPM3830 is available in a QFN-20 (3mmx5mm) package.
