MPS automotive voltage supervisor or monitor solutions include a variety of single-channel, multi-channel, and functional safety devices. These devices continuously monitor power rails to ensure they are within a set voltage range for proper system operation. Watchdog timers are used to monitor that the SoC or processors are working as intended. Current monitors are used to precisely monitor current levels on power rails.
