Description

The EVQ6547A-L-01A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ6547A-AEC1, a three-phase power stage brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver.

The EVQ6547A-L-01A operates from a 4V to 32V input supply voltage (V_IN), and is able to deliver up to 4A of peak current. It integrates three half-bridges consisting of six N-channel MOSFETs.

The MPQ6547A-AEC1’s driving control signals are generated by an external controller, such as a microcontroller unit (MCU).

The MPQ6547A-AEC1 has unique independent ground pins for each half-bridge. These pins make it possible to provide current measurement through an external shunt resistor for different application requirements.

The MPQ6547A-AEC1 is available in a QFN-18 (3mmx4mm) package, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
