The EVM3805B-12-QB-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPM3805B-12-AEC1, a low-voltage, high switching frequency (f_SW), step-down module converter with built-in power MOSFETs and a power inductor. The MPM3805B-12-AEC1 provides up to 0.6A of highly efficient output current (I_OUT) with constant-on-time (COT) control for fast loop response.

The COT scheme provides fast, transient response and loop stabilization. Fault protections includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown (TSD).

The MPM3805B-12-AEC1 is available in a QFN-12 (3mmx2.5mmx0.9mm) package.
