MPL

The EVBL4420H-J-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MP4420H and MPQ4420H, and is optimized for MPS's MPL-AL6060 series of power inductors.

The MP4420H and MPQ4420H are high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converters with built-in power MOSFETs.They offer a compact solution that can achieve up to 2A of continuous output current (I_OUT), with excellent load and line regulation across a wide 4V to 36V input voltage (V_IN) range.

The MP4420H and MPQ4420H feature synchronous mode for high efficiency across the I_OUT load range. Current mode provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. The MP4420H and MPQ4420H are available in a TSOT23-8 package.
