Description

The EV1W0505A-Y-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MID1W0505A-3, a semi-regulated, isolated DC/DC converter. The MID1W0505A-3 supports a 3kV_DC isolation voltage.

The device integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback circuit in one chip. The DC/DC converter is a compact solution with reliable operation compared to traditional isolated power modules.
