Job Description:

MPS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Korea Sales office. The responsible Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of customer and sales support functions, interfaces with sales teams, factory planning and order management team and various other departments.

Order Processing

• Work to enter orders, request to change required dates, update orders in the case of urgent orders

Customer Service

• Work with production planning and order management team on delivery issues; assure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. Follow escalation path if needed.

• Address phone calls and email correspondence to include but not limited to product inquiries, order status, lead time and satisfaction issues.

• Process sample orders for shipment and follow up

• Assist finance in following up on any overdue invoices when required

Sales support

• Support the Regional and Area Sales managers in areas of reporting, forecasting /sales analysis and general customer related issues.

Distribution

• Manage the distribution business for Korea distributors by maintaining inventory, order status, backlog management

• Perform the monthly analysis of distributors inventory and stocking levels

• Coordinate /follow up on the bi-annual stock rotation

Miscellaneous

• Visitor accommodation and transportation management

• Monthly Personal expense review assistance

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent English, Korean speaking and writing

• Computer experience: excel, word, power point

We are seeking an experienced Lab Manager to establish and maintain world-class engineering operations for our analog and power module and semiconductor development team. As Lab Manager, you will manage lab technicians and interface with design and application engineers to align lab capabilities with development roadmaps.  Knowledge of inventory control systems, including tracking and ordering of spare parts, consumables, and equipment.

 Familiarity with laboratory safety regulations, ESD management, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL) to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Summary

The senior financial analyst will report directly to the VP of finance and support a variety of areas as MPS continues to grow.  A successful candidate will be able to provide high quality management and reporting of data, analyze trends, make recommendations.  Strong advanced system skills, communication, and the ability to work cross functionally are critical.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the overall company financials.
  • Support the implementation of new system and automation approaches to drive efficiency and scale for our financial processes.
  • Coordinate with the Director of FP&A and other team members to perform revenue and spending analysis.
  • Support monthly close, analyze monthly results, provide variance explanations.
  • Support product line analysis as well as various strategic initiatives as defined by the VP of Finance.
  • Cross-train with other members of the FPA team on various financial processes.
• Investor Relations Support
  • Support Earnings cycle, call backs and NDR coordination.
  • Manage investor database and tools.
  • Source new investor leads and investor targeting at the firm/fund level.
  • Peer and industry tracking.
  • Compile consensus data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.

• MBA or CPA is preferred.

• Five to seven years of demonstrated responsibility and knowledge of the planning and forecasting function in a high technology company.

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, processes, model building, accounting, and reporting.

• Proficiency in one or more data analysis and visualization tools, such as:  Power BI, Tableau, Python, Alteryx, SQL (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) as well as advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with data warehousing, database management and/or data modeling.

• Experience with Enterprise Financial Forecasting Tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Planful).

• Strong desire and willingness to learn.

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Job Summary:

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Finance staff supporting our activities in Germany and Switzerland.

The Senior Accountant reports to the Europe Controller and will be based in Germany (Munich)

Essential Functions:

• Provides accounting support and analysis for the Corporate, German and Swiss GAAP.
• Leads day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close by monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing journal vouchers, and providing management with timely and accurate reporting.
  • Tasks include Journal entries, BS, PL and Cashflow reporting, annual accounts and audit processes.
  • Quarter & yearly VAT preparations as well as preparation of year-end closing.
  • Regular bank reconciliation with control of accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance of financial records.
• Prepares and/or work with local service providers to coordinate statutory tax and reporting requirements. Research tax and regulatory issues as needed. 
• Provides Government Relation support as needed as it relates to government filings and assisting with resolution of corporate matters.
• Develops cash flow management
• Supports Budget process
• Identifies and propose accounting solutions for new or unusual business transactions and helps to ensure that the day-to-day accounting is consistent with corporate accounting policies, procedures and GAAP.
• Supports Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Supports ERP rollout for FI modules.
• Supports for ad hoc projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The Payroll Accountant is a key member of the MPS Finance and Accounting Team and is responsible for general payroll support and processing for both US and Canada employees. In addition, this position will be responsible for Payroll Accounting including monthly journal vouchers and account reconciliations.

This is a full-time on-site position being offered in our Kirkland, WA office.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the day-to-day payroll operations including bi-weekly payroll submission for the US and Canada
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee hours and PTO
• Ensure the timely funding of payroll, payroll taxes and other employee withholdings
• Address employee inquires and investigate and correct payroll discrepancies promptly while maintaining the confidentiality of employee data
• Partner with HR and Stock Administration on payroll related matters including new hires, terminations, commissions, benefits, etc.
• Prepare all journal entries relating to payroll including expenses, liabilities and other payroll–related transactions while maintaining compliance with SOX, GAAP and other relevant regulations
• Reconcile payroll accounts ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and align the company policies and compliance standards between payroll system (ADP/Workday) and financial systems
• Support both internal and external audits related to payroll and associated accounts
• Collaborate with the Stock Admin to ensure accurate processing of vested stocks transactions for payroll
• Supports accounts payable with invoice processing, payments, account coding, accruals, research, and analysis
• Provide Ad hoc project support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably within a public company setting
• US GAAP accounting knowledge with 5+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge of BGP/OSPF routing protocols.
• SNMP network monitoring.
• Cloud networking expertise in Azure, AWS, and OCI.

• Proficient in network security assessment tools.

Essential Functions:

• Digital design (Architecture, RTL design, timing constraint).
• Support physical design activities (Synthesis, P&R, static timing analysis).
• Participate and assist in top level digital integration, chip level mixed-mode modeling, simulation, and verifications in mixed-signal IC environment.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of experience in digital IC design.
• PhD/BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Design/VLSI coursework.
• Prior experience with RTL design, Synthesis, Place & Route, and Timing Analysis.
• Prior high-speed mixed-signal design experience is a required.
• Experience in the area's of Ethernet PHYs, DDR DRAM Controllers, or related experience with high-speed (1GHz+) serial/parallel interfaces at a low level in the stack close to analog.
• Knowledge of analog/digital interface, integration, co-simulation, and verification flows.
• Proficiency using digital design tools and flows such as Synopsis/Cadence.
• Capable of working effectively with verification engineers to debug and root cause design issues.
• Experience with I2C, I3C, SPI, or other digital chip interfaces is a plus.
• Prior experience in digital system lab evaluation and mass product test is a plus.
• Knowledge of DFT/Scan methodologies and designer best practices is a plus.
• Solid written & verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies, & capable of working effectively within a group of individuals across multiple disciplines (digital, analog, system/algorithms, packaging/ESD, test/application etc.)

Job Description:

This FAE will provide technical support to customers in the southeastern region of the  US as part of the fast growing MPSNow FAE team developing potential opportunities using MPS power products and services. Qualifications:

• BSEE or MSEE with some work experience preferred

This is an important customer-facing, hands-on role in an emerging Automotive Quality organization in a rapidly growing semiconductor IC company. • Need technical ability to understand entire MPS product portfolio and the “go to market” strategy for each product line.
• Good people and analytical skills to manage strong sales personnel (including manufacturer representatives and channel partners) to succeed and continuously grow design wins, revenue and customer relationships.
• Must be able to grow management level and design engineering relationships at strategic customers.  
• Must have ability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions to explain/defend key business strategies, revenue targets and customer situations within assigned territory.  
• Good presentation skills to all levels of personnel (both customer and MPS internal divisions/executives.)
• Self motivated to work as an individual sales contributor in a field or home office.

Education Requirements:

• This position requires a technical degree (minimum bachelors), preferably in an engineering discipline – or a proven track record of success in selling electronic components.
• Will consider an experienced field applications or design engineer with a willingness to move to sales and a strong desire to succeed.
