Get to know the MPM82504, a 16V, quad 25A, scalable power module with a PMBus interface. This fully integrated power module offers a 0.5V to 3.3V output voltage and up to 100A total output, as well as the following features:

• Four parallelable output channels with up to 25A per channel
• Auto-interleaving for multi-phase operation
