MPS servo motor controller modules are designed to drive permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors, servo motors for automated guided vehicles (AGV), robotics and machinery applications. These modules are plug-and-play into a CAN interface, and include integrated robust algorithms and protection functions. Support for speed mode, position mode, and torque mode are optional. Users can select a Modbus or CANopen digital interface, and application design is aided by MPS’s eMotion SystemTM Virtual Bench online developer tool.
