Description
The MP27633 is a 6-channel digital isolator that has been optimized to replace traditional optocoupler isolation in an application. It supports up to a 150Mbps data-rate isolation signal.
The device uses capacitive isolation technology and supports up to a 5kVRMS insulation voltage rating. It also provides a small size, low-power consumption, and highly reliable operation compared to traditional optocoupler isolators.
The MP27633 provides a Schmitt trigger input and isolated encoding/decoding for high immunity in noisy environments. The selectable high/low (H/L) fail-safe output supports a fixed output even if the input signal power fails.
The MP27633 is available in a wide-body (WB) SOIC-16 package.
