Description

The EVQ6626-F-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ6626-AEC1, a six half-bridge motor driver with serial input control. The input voltage (V_IN) ranges from 5.5V to 40V, with up to 0.8A of output current (I_OUT) capability.

The six half-bridges of the MPQ6626-AEC1 can be controlled separately via a standard serial data interface, and have various diagnostic functions, including those for shorted output, open load, over-temperature (OT), over-voltage (OV), and under-voltage (UV) conditions.

The MPQ6626-AEC1 has a very low quiescent current (I_Q) in standby mode, and requires a minimum number of readily available, standard external components. The MPQ6626-AEC1 is available in a TSSOP-28EP package, and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified.

The MPQ6626-AEC1 is suitable for motor drivers, telecommunication half-bridge power supplies, and avionics DC/DC converters.
