Monolithic Power Systems’ Quality Assurance Organization develops, coordinates and champions strategic Quality Initiatives throughout MPS, our foundries, sub-contractors and business partners. MPS’s QA organization’s mission is to enable MPS to design, develop, manufacture and deliver product to our customers with World Class Quality and Reliability that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations.

The key to accomplishing our mission is in the application of Total Quality System Management (TQSM) principles. TQSM is the process by which all aspects of the “mission” are focused on and geared for Quality management. Areas that are covered by this process are:

• Process Design
• Product Design
• Process and Equipment Control
• Material Control Systems’ Process / Product Modifications
• Product Qualifications, Audits and Field Data

MPS’s Quality System focuses on:

• Design for Manufacturability and Reliability at the product development phase
• RSPC, Process and Equipment controls Yield improvements and Defect elimination during manufacturing
• Comprehensive QA/R Qualification, Quality Audit and Field performance analysis with continuous improvement program

By applying Quality and Reliability principles to each of these areas, MPS will ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards for performance and product quality.
