Michael R. Hsing
Michael R. Hsing is the founder, CEO and President of Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. He co-founded the company with Jim Moyer in 1997. He developed a versatile high speed high power semiconductor process technology that underpins the company’s success, and assembled some of the most talented design and technology teams within the analog industry. Under his leadership, MPS has been one of the fastest growing and most profitable companies in the semiconductor industry over the past 5 years. In November, 2004, he led a successful initial public offering of MPS on NASDAQ. Since the IPO, Mr. Hsing has led MPS to become a global leader in its industry with operations in the US, Europe, Japan and China. In 2006, the Company was ranked 4th out of 2200 public U.S technology stock on growth and profitability. Mr. Hsing is an inventor on many patents related to semiconductor devices and semiconductor process technologies. Prior to MPS, Michael Hsing held senior technical positions in his process technology specialty at several analog companies. He graduated from University of Florida with a BSEE.

Rick Neely
Appointed Chief Financial Officer September 2005. Mr. Neely has more than 24 years of financial and operations management experience in the semiconductor and electronic design automation (EDA) industries, as well as start-up company environments. He was most recently chief financial officer of NuCORE Technology, a privately held developer of leading-edge digital and analog imaging devices for digital still and video cameras. Prior to working at NuCORE, Mr. Neely was the principal of his own consulting practice. He has also served as chief financial officer of Alventive, chief financial officer and Interim chief executive officer of Beyond.com, vice president of Finance and Operations at Synopsys, and vice president and corporate controller of Heartport. Most notably, Mr. Neely spent 16 years, from 1980 to 1996, with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in a variety of senior financial management positions worldwide. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Whitman College.

Jim C. Moyer
Has served on our board of directors since October 1998 and has served as our Chief Design Engineer since September 1997. Before joining our company, from June 1990 to September 1997, Mr. Moyer held a senior technical position at Micrel, Incorporated. Prior to that, Mr. Moyer held senior design engineering positions at Hytek Microsystems Incorporated, National Semiconductor Corporation, and Texas Instruments Incorporated. Mr. Moyer holds a B.A.E.E. from Rice University.

Deming Xiao
Has served as our Vice President of Operations since October 2003. Mr. Xiao joined us in May 2001 and served as Foundry Manager until he was appointed Director of Operations in January 2002. Before joining us, from June 2000 to May 2001, Mr. Xiao was Engineering Account Manager at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Xiao spent 6 years as the Manager of Process Integration Engineering at Fairchild Imaging Sensors, a company that manufactures and sells silicon based products for the medical, scientific, professional, industrial, and military imaging applications. Mr. Xiao holds a B.S. in Semiconductor Physics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China and a M.S.E.E. from Wayne State University.

Adriana Chiocchi
Ms. Chiocchi brings over 20 years of experience to MPS working with numerous high tech companies in the semiconductor, EDA, and software industries. Prior to joining MPS, Ms. Chiocchi consulted to public and private technology companies through a General Counsel Services Practice and as Special Counsel with Silicon Valley Law Group. Her most recent in-house position was vice president, general counsel & corporate secretary for Plumtree Software which was acquired by BEA. She also served as the senior corporate counsel for Veritas Corporation and Advanced Micro Devices, and as director of legal for Cadence Design Systems. She has held executive level positions with General Magic, as vice president of legal affairs and business development and sr. vice president of intellectual property and risk management for Marsh. Ms. Chiocchi holds a JD and MBA from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
