Monolithic Power Systems Executives to Speak at Needham Growth Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., January 2, 2008— Executives from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) (Nasdaq: MPWR), a leading fabless manufacturer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, will present at the annual Needham Growth conference in New York next week.

The Needham Growth conference will be held at the Palace Hotel in New York City. CEO Michael Hsing and CFO Richard Neely will give a company presentation at 1:30pm ET on Tuesday January 8th. Hsing and Neely will discuss the company’s continued success in developing and delivering its leading edge analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products.
